The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase, provided that the product’s tag (label) is kept.
The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase on gemstone products and custom orders, provided the coin and logo are present.
Any label marked in red is excluded from the warranty.
Any product that is serviced outside of Al-Nekity is excluded from the warranty.
Resizing (widening or narrowing) is allowed a maximum of two times per ring only, provided it does not affect the stones or the product. Rings must be flexible for this. Any additional resizing will incur extra charges.
Before purchasing, make sure that the Al-Nekity logo is engraved inside the product.
If a ring gets scratched within one year of purchase, it will be replaced immediately with another piece.
In case of breakage within one year of purchase, it will be replaced with another piece at half the price.
For stainless products that are replaced, the warranty of the new piece will expire on the same date as the warranty of the original piece.
Exchange is allowed within 3 days only if the product’s label has not been removed.
Returns are allowed on the same day of purchase only, provided the label has not been removed, the product is in its original condition, and the original bag and box are present.
Exchange and return policies do not apply to promotional items.
